Running multiplexes means running buildings full of people who have paid to be there and expect to be comfortable and safe — the queue, the seating, the fire exits, the cleaning, the staff who answer when something is wrong. Hospitality and duty of care, at scale, every single day, for years.
That is a closer relative of this than real-estate development is.

A note on RERA
You may be used to seeing a RERA number on a project like this. RERA registration applies to the sale of apartments — and PAN Paradise does not sell anything. Residents hold a licence to live here against a refundable deposit, so no RERA registration arises. The building permit above is the sanction that governs this project, and we publish it in full.

The second block houses the dining hall, the kitchen and the wellness centre — the gym, treatment rooms and the pool beside it.
What is coming when
Ninety residences, in order.
PAN Paradise will have ninety residences across the three types. The residential block completes first — the first residents move in from January 2028. The wellness block follows by August 2028.
