How the deposit works

The living room

Room for your own chair.

Furnished before you arrive — the sofa, the coffee table, the dining table — and finished in wood laminate rather than hospital vinyl. What it waits for is your photographs and the chair you refuse to part with.

The bedroom

Designed for three in the morning.

A bed rail that helps you up, handrails that light the way, and an emergency button within reach. None of it looks like equipment, and all of it is exactly where you want it to be at night.

Your own table

The dining hall serves four meals. This table is still yours.

Room service runs round the clock, and family who visit eat with you at your own table — not in a visitors' room.

The villa

2 BHK Luxury Villa — 1,000 sq ft.

The largest of the three homes: two bedrooms and the same full furnishing, with more room around everything. The villa's floor plan is being finalised, so we describe it in words rather than show you a drawing that might change — when the plan is settled, it will be published here.

What is already in it

Furnished properly, not minimally.

  • Double bed and wardrobe
  • Sofa set (2+1+1) with coffee table
  • Dining table with three chairs
  • Wood laminate floors
  • Two split air conditioners
  • Refrigerator and microwave
  • Water heater — hot water in the bathroom
  • 55-inch smart TV with all channels
  • Unlimited high-speed wifi and a phone
  • Emergency call button
  • Grab rails
  • Wheelchair-accessible toilet

You will want to bring photographs, books, and the chair you refuse to part with. You will not need to buy a bed.

Designed for later, not just for now

The things you notice only when you need them.

Every home has grab rails, a wheelchair-accessible bathroom with hot water, and an emergency call button. Corridors are wide, with handrails on both sides. Thresholds are level.

None of it looks like hospital equipment, and none of it is the reason to move here. It is simply the difference between a building designed for people in their sixties and one designed for people who intend to be here in their eighties.
