How we handle your information

This page will be completed, and reviewed by our counsel, before the site launches. What follows is the practice it will describe.

The enquiry form

The form on the Visit page asks for your name, phone number, email, where you are, which home interests you, and when to call. We use those details to answer your enquiry, and for nothing else.

Your enquiry is delivered to us as an email to admin@panlife.net. It is not stored in any database — there is no form vendor behind this website holding a copy of what you send.

What we do not do

We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not sell or share your details with anyone.

Visit measurement

We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets cookies in your browser and shares usage data with Google; we use it only for aggregate counts, not to identify you. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies at all. If you block cookies or analytics scripts in your browser, every part of this site still works.

Who processes the data

This website is served by Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver the site and the form. Your enquiry email is delivered to our mailbox on Google Workspace. Visit measurement is processed by Google (Google Analytics) and Cloudflare (Web Analytics).

To ask about your information

Write to admin@panlife.net and we will answer plainly — including deleting an enquiry email, if you ask us to.
