PAN Cinemas
The cinemas behind the community.
PAN Paradise is from the promoters of PAN Cinemas — seven screens across three cinemas in central Kerala, run since 2014 by the same family that is building the community.
Why it matters here
Running rooms full of people, every day.
A cinema is a public promise kept nightly: the show starts on time, the seats are clean, the exits work, and somebody answers when something is wrong. The family has kept that promise across Ernakulam and Alappuzha since 2014 — and that discipline of hospitality, not real-estate development, is what PAN Paradise grows out of.
The clearest proof is the address. PAN Paradise is being built directly behind the Arakkunnam cinema — the family is building the community on its own ground, beside its own business.
Arakkunnam
PAN Cinemas 4K Atmos, Arakkunnam.
The newest of the three, opened in 2020. Two screens with 4K projection and Dolby Atmos sound, on the Arakkunnam–Piravom road near St. Joseph Catholic Church — with PAN Paradise rising directly behind it.
Maradu, Kochi
PAN Cinemas 4K Atmos, Nucleus Mall.
The first of the three, opened in 2014. Two screens with Dolby Atmos on the fourth floor of the Abad Nucleus Mall at Maradu, on the edge of Kochi.
Alappuzha
PAN Cinemas 4K RGB Laser, Alappuzha.
Opened in 2018. Three screens at Kaichoondi, Alappuzha, with 4K RGB laser projection.
And for residents
The cinema is a short walk from your front door.
Film tickets are on the concierge list. When something worth seeing is on at Arakkunnam, the front desk books it — and the walk home afterwards is shorter than the interval queue.
The same family, the same standard.
